Widya Human Resources is a company which is engaged in human resource development. We currently require candidates who have qualified as follows:

 

Business Development Manager (BDM)

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for providing the Annual Business Plan for: setting goals, strategies, sales and sales budgets for the indent in the market (if relevant)
  2. Responsible for handling the Sales & Marketing Department, retain customers, develop new markets and network distribution systems, developing new projects, dealing with complaints and product development.
  3. Responsible for handling all activities to achieve sales and profit targets.

 

General Requirement : 

a. Bachelor of Business or related S1 from reputable University
b. Minimum 2 years experience as a HR Consultant or Outsourcing Company.
c. Fluency in English both oral and written
d. Having good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills were excellent.
e. Strong analytical skills, initiative and creative
f. Ability to organize and develop a job description in an organization
g. Ability to think conceptually and strategically
h. Computer literate
i. Having own vehicle

 

Account Executive (AE)

 

Duties and Resposibilities:

-   assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets.

-   intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.

-   generating leads for possible markets.

-   advising on, drafting and enforcing marketing policies and processes.

-   follow-up marketing activity.

-   formal proposal or presentation management and writing.

-   pitch and presentation rehearsals.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

-   Excellent presentation skills.

-   Outstanding communications skills both oral and written.

-   Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level management.

-   Ability to work well under pressure.

-   Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer/client requests.

-   Demonstrated ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.

-   Demonstrates business knowledge, perspective, and ethical behavior.

-   Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.

-   Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-   Experienced in marketing the services of outsourcing company minimum 2 years.

-   Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

-   Having his/her own vehicle

 

Purchasing Staff (PS)

 

Conducting the process of purchasing goods (especially, in purchasing the spare part of the production machines) so that the availability of the goods (spare part of the production machine) is in accordance with the request of the needs of each department, in order to ensure the operations of the company can be run to achieve its objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Making PO (Purchase Order) and send the PO to the Vendor, so that the process of buying spare parts running well on schedule and specifications.

2. Perform input costs incurred for shipping goods that are charged to the consignee

3. Creating monthly reports for purchases and outstanding PO, to be information for the supervisor in making decisions.

4. Deliver the merchandise samples and documents to the customer.

5.Purchasing the spare parts, ensuring the availability as needed by each department.

 

Qualifications:

1. Female only

2. Age max 25 years

3. Domicile in the East Jakarta

4. Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Management.

5. Min 2 years experience in Purchasing (especially in purchasing spare parts of production machines).

 

Research & Development (R & D)

 

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

·         Membuat standardisasi analisa mutu tekstil

·         Membuat penilaian atas proses tersebut dan membuat solusi perencanaan demi efisiensi proses analisa uji standardisasi kualitas tekstil

 

Kualifikasi :

·         Pendidikan Min S1, jurusan Teknik Kimia

·         Laki-laki dan Perempuan

·         Usia maksimal 35 tahun

·         Diutamakan mengerti proses kerja dan efisiensi di laboratorium/uji tekstil

·         Fresh graduate, diutamakan memiliki pengalaman

 

Accounting Staff (Acc)

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparing financial reports as required.
2. Prepar
ing tax statements (tax returns, income tax, and VAT).
3. Take care of Social Security payments, Invoices, and organize and create
statements of the company petty cash.

Qualifications:
1. Male / Female.
2. Age max. 25 years.
3. Minimum D3 Accounting / Tax.
4. Experience min. 1 year.
5. Domicile in Jakarta.
