Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing the Annual Business Plan for: setting goals, strategies, sales and sales budgets for the indent in the market (if relevant)
- Responsible for handling the Sales & Marketing Department, retain customers, develop new markets and network distribution systems, developing new projects, dealing with complaints and product development.
- Responsible for handling all activities to achieve sales and profit targets.
General Requirement : a. Bachelor of Business or related S1 from reputable University b. Minimum 3 years experience as a consultant or HR Outsourcing Company. c. Fluency in English both oral and written d. Having good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills were excellent. e. Strong analytical skills, initiative and creative f. Ability to organize and develop a job description in an organization g. Ability to think conceptually and strategically h. Computer literate i. Having own vehicle |
