Director of Food and Beverage (DFB) with the following qualifications: - Proven experience in a 4 – 5 star hotel - Have capability to coordinate Kitchen operation and F&B Service admin, operations, financial. Menu innovation, costing and engineering, Operating Equipment control. Training & develop team's talents. Work with Sales & Marketing to promote outlets, products and services and maximize event revenue & yield. - Direct Food Safety and Hygiene to international standards and ensure compliance with all local regulation - Advance level of English both written or spoken - Advance leadership skill, self motivated, mature, hard worker and able to work with under pressure - Able to operate computer and hotel system 2.
