We are a well-established integrated poultry based company has immediate openings for the following position: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (CIS) Responsibilities • Conduct Key Driver analysis as guideline to develop improvement initiatives in Business Unit. • Conduct fasilitation of CI activities, guiding the project team to complete their project. • Conduct Training related to CI methodology and tools.Conduct Gap Analysis to provide the guideline for BU in achieving their budget through developing effective CI initiatives. • Facilitate TPM and 5S activities in Business Unit. Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale of 4.00) in Engineering. • At least 2 years working experience in Continuous Improvement. • Has specific knowledge in Improvement Methodology/ Tools (QCC, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TOC, etc). • Effective written and oral communication skills. • Good presentation and motivating skills. • Computer literate (Ms. Office) • Having good understanding about the concept of business processes with some knowledge about finance and accounting will be an additional advantage. • Good analytical thinking, integrity, and teamwork.
