NETWORK PLANNING SPECIALIST

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process

· Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.

· Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

· More than 5 year's relevant experience in network planning optimization

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage

· Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF planning.

IT STAFF

(JAKARTA)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management of MIS functions of the organization
Plan, develop and strategize directions for all IT related activities to ensure that the entire organizational infrastructure is strongly supported by respective technologies
Review of corporate IT policies and standards within the organization and to ensure corporate compliance
Responsible for the set-up, delivery and rollout of the ERP system
Provide excellent IT technical support and guidance to team members
Provide the latest updates on technology trends that are applicable to the growth of the organization
Develop and implement strategic IT plans in consolidate and utilize company resources
Be responsible for the company system and network maintenance
Provide communication and data base administration support
Provide end-user support on various desktop systems and devices
Ensure information security over inter net and intranet.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / MIS or equivalent
With at least 3 years' relevant experience
Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server database design, Web design
Experience in managing IT operations in multiple locations, including intranet setup and network management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated, results driven and detail minded

ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

(Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:

· Identify market potential and qualifying accounts

· Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects

· Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention

· Analyze project proposals

· Establish distribution channels with key local clients

· Build up an effective sales team

· Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.

· Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development

Requirement:

· Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering

· At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company

· Strong telecommunication industry background

· Good communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills

· Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent

· Energetic & Team Player

· Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage

SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

· Conduct Network planning & Network optimization

· Research on key technology and application of network planning and optimization.

· Monitoring and tracing significant network issues/problems. Conduct Project acceptance test according to project schedule;

· Handle and support technical negotiation with customer.

· Provide training to customer, OJT and junior technical persons.

· Manage RF team resources; define the target based on project requirement and make action schedules.

· Coordinating with other department to support RF parameter

Requirement:

· Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

· More than 5 year's relevant experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Proficient in English

· Have knowledge in network planning & optimization in telecommunication projects.

OUTSOURCING ASSISTANT

Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Organize or invite public bidding invitation for purchasing production materials; set up bidding organizational guidelines, bid evaluation standards and conduct bidding result analysis and conclusion
Be in charge of public bidding project management
Be responsible for negotiating contract terms and contract conclusion
Arrange local procurement schedule of production materials based on sales contract requirements; keep track of purchasing process, purchase contract implementation and stock conditions
Evaluate the standards of commercial contracts and bidding documents, and ensure the accurate implementation of commercial solution plans, at the same time maintain competitiveness of the bid.
Participate in commercial negotiation and clarification meetings.
Assist on confirmation and validation of the outsourcing and subcontractor on commercial aspects.
Establish and maintain the commercial information platform.

Requirements:

Degree in Commercial Management / Trade/ Logistics or equivalent
A Bachelor's degree holder with in Trade) or commercial contract laws.
At least 2 years working experience related to international trade or international project bidding in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Ability to implement the commercial part of International Commerce contract, and familiar with International Goods Transportation and Insurance, Engineering Project Insurance, Letter of Credit, bill of document operation, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English as well as to converse in Mandarin will be an added value.
An independent, open minded team player, well adaptable in multi-culture environment and have a leadership skill.

MICROWAVE PLANNING ENGINEER

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Microwave Access & Backhaul network planning which includes LOS Surveys, link budget calculations, frequency analysis, and Interference analysis;

Requirements:

Experience of the project Management for Microwave Links Rollout.
Good command of spoken and written English and local language would be an advantage;
Good team builder and motivator with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability to facilitate decision-making processes
Proficient in Path loss, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point;
Good command of spoken and written English and local language would be an advantage;
Strong analytical mind, planning and resource controlling skills;
Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills;

WAREHOUSE STAFF

(Medan / Palembang/Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

Take charge distribution telecommunication to the site, Manage inventory management for main warehouse, region warehouse, spare part warehouse, Monitoring delivery equipment day by day, to ensure the on-time arrival of shipments and distribution.

Requirements:

Male max 35 years
Degree in Logistics / International Trade / Economics or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills and abilities to motivate others; experienced in project management
Have logistic knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication and procurement processes
Have experience for manage warehouse for telecommunication equipment more preferable
Proficient in English, mandarin will be advantage
Willing to be placed in Palembang / Medan / Pekanbaru.
