One of our client, a well-known national company specializing in producing and selling various quality building materials, is seeking professional(s) for its operation based in Jakarta or factories located in Jabodetabek with the following tasks/criteria: · Human Resources Manager ○ S1 in Psychology/Management/Engineering ○ Human Resource Management, Labor Laws, Behavior Problem Solving, Industrial Relation ○ Personnel Administration, Payroll & Income Tax ○ Targeted Selection Interview, Recruitment/Sourcing, Negotiation skill, Trainer General requirements ○ Graduated from recognized university in Indonesia or overseas with good academic records ○ Has solid working experiences in relevant functions/industries with not less than 3 years at each company, showing distinctive achievements ○ Able to demonstrate good leadership skills gained from various involvements in organization at school, community, social engagement, etc. ○ Good in communication both verbal and in writing using English, as well as inter-personal relationship ○ Willing to learn to broaden his knowledge and network with passion to develop himself and team further ○ Excellent in team work, respect others, willing to share ○ Maintain high personal integrity, working quality, initiative and customer service oriented ○ Literate in computer ○ Accept to work on Saturday till 1pm Interested party is suggested to send Curriculum Vitae (CV) written in English and WORD (with recent photograph and current salary using attached template) file attachment to apply@chitrah.com Any supporting documents would be requested later as necessary.
