JCI Executive Search International's client, a multinational premium
Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, is currently seeking for the following position:
DIRECTOR
Based in Jakarta, reports directly to Singapore (HQ in Europe)
Role Purpose:
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to ensure continuous volume growth and within given budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure shipment sales and targets to distributor are achieved; brand plans and activities are executed with high standards to achieve increased brand visibility and awareness (responsibility); and support activities on finance, logistics and legal matters to ensure that company functions seamlessly.
Minimum Requirements:
A degree and above academic qualification
A minimum of 7-10 years of working experience within an MNC, and preferably an FMCG environment
Excellent communication skills in English – oral and written.
Execution Excellence
Outgoing, very strong people skills, assertive and organized
