Temas Line is among the first Indonesian shipping line to offer containerized cargo service. Initiated its operational activities with chartered vessel, Temas Line then expanded to become a market leader in the domestic, fully-containerized shipping industry, supported by a modern fleet and cargo loading and discharging facilities, with 25  fleet of vessels, and container supply numbering 25.160 Teus and 23.627 box. The Company also provides support in cargo loading and discharging activities in Jakarta port to ensure fast and efficient container transportation and has one of the most complete lines of heavy equipments to deliver fast and reliable services.



COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT STAFF

Key responsibilities :

  • Handling Payroll and other benefit
  • Monitoring and maintain employee administration and databased


Key requirements

  • Male or female,  age max 28 y/o
  • S1/D3 Informatic Management, Economic Management, or Accounting from reputable university
  • GPA min 3.00 (scale 4.0)
  • Experience at least 1 year in payroll or compensation and benefit
  • Computer literate, especially excell program
  • Having knowledge about payroll system and tax
  • Result oriented as well as process oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship
