[Job-Vacancy] Vacancy: Project Manager

 

Our client, one of the biggest general contractors in Indonesia established since 1984 with experience range from the building of a simple factory to a high-tech chemical plant, office building and 5 star hotels, urgently needed:

 

PROJECT MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

·         Operational planning of the project.

·         Manage the operational activities of the project.

·         Implement the operational activities of the project.

·         Control the operational activities of the project.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree from Civil / Architecture Engineering

·         Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager at building contractor either handle high-rise building or non high-rise building.

·         Having 3 years as Project Manager at building contractor for high-rise building will be advantages.

·         Familiar with ISO and SMK3 / OHSAS and having knowledge about MEP and basic statistic.

·         Able establish RAP & RMP.

·         Understand construction management and practical finance.

·         Understand cost analysis and scheduling.

·         Fluent in English.
