[Job-Vacancy] OOT : lowongan pekerjaan consultants/trainers and accounting staff

 

We are an established Management Consulting Company specializing in making Productivity & Quality Improvement through people happens sustainably. To support our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for:


LEAN PRODUCTION / TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (LP) CONSULTANTS/TRAINERS

 

The candidates should have at least three years experience in managerial position and leading improvement projects in the areas of specialization Lean Production or Total Productive Maintenance

  

All candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

§Strong drive for continuous learning
§Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
§Energetic, Self initiative and motivation
§Strong team player and enjoy traveling
§First-Class university degree majoring in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (post graduate degree is an advantage)


HR CONSULTANTS / TRAINERS (HR)

 

The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

•Have at least three years experience in Managerial Positions, preferably having hands-on experiences in training and/or consulting in Behavioral or Organizational Development
•Strong drive for continuous learning
•Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
•Self initiative and motivation
•Strong team player and enjoy traveling
•First-Class university degree (Post graduate in Human Resources from reputable university is an advantage)
•Fluent English, oral and written

 

ACCOUNTING STAFF

 

The candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

•Female, max 25 years old
•Fresh graduate in Accounting from Reputable University
•IPK min 3.00
•Have understanding about tax
•Advance skills in MS Office (excel & word)

BLACK BELT CONSULTANTS/ TRAINERS

 

The candidates should have at least three years experience in managerial position and leading improvement projects

  

All candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

§Strong drive for continuous learning
§Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
§Energetic, Self initiative and motivation
§Strong team player and enjoy traveling
§First-Class university degree majoring in Applied Statistics (post graduate degree is an advantage)
§Black Belt Certified
§Fluent English, oral and written
