Now is looking for enthusiastic and creative professionals to be part of our development team with the following position :
A. IT Senior Sales Representative (Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya)
Searching for a Sales for Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya location. Your role will be to sell and market our products and services to the prospects. Specifically you will be selling ERP, Business Intelligence, EAM, DMS and Business Process Management Solution. Sales will be developed through cold calling, networking and identifying decision makers at lot of client. You will be working directly with the Sales Manager to develop Indonesian markets.
Key Responsibilities of this Position:
o Negotiate and close complex deals for IT Solution .
o Setting appointments with viable prospects.
o Create and deliver sales presentations.
o Networking within the business community.
o Participate in business development events that relate to consulting and permanent job orders.
o Direct follow-up and manage on-going follow up with prospects.
o Prepare for sales calls, including coordination of the team selling effort
Requirements :
· 3 or more years experience in IT Enterprise solutions with Government/Industry solutions.
· Experience and/or expert knowledge of the marketplace in Indonesia.
· Proven background selling IT solutions: ERP in Distributions and or manufacturing Industry is Preferred.
· Strong, proven track record of solution selling, based on business value principles, including 2 years of experience focused on selling solutions to solving Enterprise customer problems based on technology
· Proven record of effective account management, including IT Planning, Account Planning, Opportunity Management, and Business Management Excellence and working as part of a larger virtual team
· Demonstrated ability to perform beyond the typical sales role, e.g. breaking the mold in terms of size transaction and complexity of sale
· Problem Solver - Uses systematic approach to uncover true problem(s) and practical solution and can marshal resources to solve problem
· Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and/or external customers
· Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with counterpart sales teams in key partners
· Background in Hardware and other IT Solutions are welcome
· Have multi-industry experience and articulate on penetrating new verticals
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Entrepreneurial attitude: self-motivated, self-directed.
· Ability to work independently and with a team.
· Excellent skill with Ms PowerPoint and Ms. Word
· Demonstrated leadership skills & Proven record of exceeding quota.
· Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning and reasoning abilities.

B. PHP Programming (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
· Good working knowledge on any flavors of MS-SQL, MySQL Database administration
· Experience on Database backup & recovery
· Experience on setting up database DR instances
Knowledge on enterprise backup tool operations (HP Data Protector)
· Experience on Server Performance Analysis & Capacity Management
Co-ordinate with OEM vendors and regional support teams
· Knowledge on DRP
· Have the basic knowledge in IT Service Management
· Experience with PHP / Web-programming languages
· Experience with Visual Studio .Net
· Experience with S.E.O (Search Engine Optimization)
· Experience managing complex SQL databases (sql server,My sql)
· Experience customizing reporting outputs from SQL database
· Knowledge on Object Oriented Programming, Social Networking Programming, Mobile Content Programming
· Ability to create one standardized software package that is flexible and customizable
· Experience with user requirements definitions, needs analysis, & software mock-up systems
· Strong hands on knowledge of Microsoft development technologies

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): -PHP, Sql Server.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
* Preferably have one portofolio.
* Full-Time and Contract position available.
