We , Bright Career,our client electricity multinatinational company located at Cikarang is loooking for Junior Sales manager If you meet the requirements,please send your cv to career.bright@yahoo.com,not later than 31 March 2011 JOB IDENTIFICATION Job title: Junior Sales Manager Reports to: Country Sales Manager Physical Conditions: • Working hours: Monday – Friday; 08.00 – 17.00 (min. 9 hours / day) • Environmental conditions (factory, office, field): factory in Cikarang – Bekasi   JOB REQUIREMENTS Years of experience: min. 5 years experiences as Sales Manager Suitable industry: Any Business Line (preferably Manufacturing Industries) Education: Education: Bachelor Degree from any major Languages: Indonesian, English SCOPE OF WORK Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Conduct analysis of potential opportunities from prospective customers, recommend new project to grow the business. 2. Travel to call on regular and prospective customers to identify opportunities consistent with Itron's current set of solutions and strategic direction. 3. Liaise and maintain good relationship with both local government and private utilities bodies also distributor and agent. 4. Introduce new solutions using Conceptual Selling skills. Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogues, and emphasize salable features. 5. Quote prices and credit terms as established policies and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and estimate delivery dates. 6. Comply to Itron Authorization limit mainly for tender and bid (RMA procedure).Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts. 7. Manage tender preparation; follow up, partnership, proposal submission suit to customer's requirement and government regulation (best price justification to ensure winning the tender). 10. Proper agents and distributors selection to increase sales and market coverage for long time company benefits. 11. Responsible for the coordination between several departments to ensure customer service. 12. Direct sales administration in preparation of tender documents. Personality: • Good Communication Skill • Good Technical Selling Skill • Conducts positive negotiations, ability to compromise, handles conflict, seeks common ground, articulates own and others goals, stays focused on positive outcome. • Able to work with minimum supervision and under-pressured • Ability to organize and prioritize work OTHER REQUIREMENT Gender: Female Age: Max. 35 yo Travel required: Yes, domestics Physical Appearance: Good Looking & Attractive Vehicle: Own Vehicle Experience at multinational company
