SALES RETAILS MANAGER :
Summary
The retail sales manager is responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies to achieve set revenue goals and market share objectives. This includes establishing relationships with key resellers, chain stores, and other accounts across the assigned geographic.
Job Scope
· Achieve quarterly sales targets and market share objectives
· Lead the development of channel programs and sell through engine by executing push strategies to increase channel breadth and market share
· Develop and maintain relationship with key resellers; serve as single-point of contact for all key partners
· Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices
· Prepare and deliver customer presentations, pricing and promotional proposals
· Lead the marketing planning process; conduct post program ROI analysis and gauge effectiveness
· Develop, plan and implement "Retail Strategy" to maximize market share and channel penetration
· Gather, interpret and communicate relevant market and competitive information
· Communicate channel retail sales and results by delivering weekly sales report
· Manage team of merchandiser and promoters in-country
Requirements
· A highly dynamic retail or channel sales manager with at least 5 years of experience from the IT industry with proven track record
· Strong business acumen
· Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
· Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
· Accomplished at achieving targeted sales performance in high growth, fast paced, competitive and dynamic market place
· Motivated to work in challenging, fast-paced and results driven environment
