Due to the recent expansion plan that we have within our company and we currently have an opening for the position details below to work for our company in our office in Jakarta.
Crewing Officer – Recruitment
THE JOB:
· To do preliminary interview prior to the final interview done by AIDA Cruises Appointed personnel and or AIDA Cruises Crewing Manager.
· To Assist on maintaining candidates database over the standard format
· Adhered all recruitment ethical valid at Indo Select Recruitment & Manning Agency
· Work closely with Crewing Officer – Fleet with regards to the crew documentation; follow up and crew assignment.
· Propose and seeking an approval for candidates that has already have complete documents to AIDA Cruises supervisor/scheduler
· Periodically updating database and status of applicants.
· To provide progress report periodically after the completion of each recruitment campaign.
· Provide recruitment plan on quarterly base plan.
QUALIFICATION:
· Male/Female with Maximum age of 30 Years Old
· Base in Jakarta
· Fluent in English both oral and Written
· Have Hotel academy diploma and or bachelor degree in Psychology.
· Well organised and computer literate
· Ability to work in a team
