PT SCHOTT Igar Glass is a leading & reputable manufacturing in pharmaceutical packaging. SCHOTT Igar Glass as the Quality leader of the Asian market for pharmaceutical packaging has the most modern production site in this Industry in Asia.  We are looking for the right candidates for the following position:

 

SENIOR SECRETARY

You will responsible for administer completeness of documents, meetings and other administrative requirements related to routine of activities director.

 

Requirements:

• Education:Diploma Degree / Bachelor degree from any discipline
• Minimum5 years experience in related position
• Mature
• Familiar with MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure and system such us word processing,managing files and records and other office procedure
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
