Brand Manager
based in Jakarta Indonesia
Uraian jabatan
Melakukan perencanaan, koordinasi dan pengawasan terhadap strategi dan taktik marketing untuk mencapai target penjualan dan market share.
Menentukan target penjualan, market share, numeric distribution dan pajangan secara nasional.
Bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan produk baru dan existensi brand.
Mempelajari dan mengantisipasi aktivitas kompetitor dan kondisi pasar berdasarkan : data lapangan, data penjualan distributor, data survey serta data riset, baik internal maupun eksternal.
Pembuatan dan pengalokasian budget advertising & promotion brand yang dikelolanya untuk menghasilkan strategi & taktik marketing yang efektif dan efisien.
Kualifikasi jabatan
Pria / wanita berusia max. 32 tahun
Lulus S1 / S2 - semua jurusan dengan nilai IPk minimal 3,00.
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang marketing, lebih disukai dari perusahaan consumer goods, minimal selama 3 tahun.
Memahami proses persiapan dan pelaksanaan launching new product.
Mampu menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara lisan maupun tulisan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif, terutama dalam bernegosiasi maupun mempresentasikan strategi marketing.
Menguasai operasi komputer dengan program MS Office (Word, Excel, Access dan Power Point.)
Berjiwa pemimpin, memiliki motivasi diri yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja dalam suasana kerja yang dinamis
