[Job-Vacancy] Urgently required for FRONT DESK STAFF

We are representing a leader in the provision of engineering, procurement, project management and construction services for the oil & gas industry, with unique capabilities in designing and executing large-scale offshore and onshore projects. We have a strong expertise in operating in deepwater and remote areas. We have significant technological competence in gas monetization and heavy oil exploitation.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as :       

      FRONT DESK STAFF

(Based in Jakarta Office / Kuningan)

Requirements:

  • Female, max 28 years old
  • SMA / Diploma / Degree (D3/S1) Preferably From  TARAKANITA
  • Having basic communication English skill
  • Min 1 year experience in similar position
  • Fresh graduated are welcome
  • Attractive, young and dynamic
  • Able to use Computer ( Microsoft Office & Excel )

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving - incoming offices phone
  • Receiving - incoming Company Guess
  • General  Administration the office supply
  • Reciving & recording  Company out going Packcages.
