Urgently required under ZTE outsourcing company

2G / 3G site engineer (8 - 10 persons)
 

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation
Working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

Requirement:
Diploma degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year's relevant experience in BTS, BSC & MW Installation, daily maintenance and good understanding of project KPI, preferably come from multinational telecom companies
Have knowledge and experience in swap/cutover activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English.
Work Location in Sulawesi Area (Manado / Gorontalo / Palu)
