Job Requirement
• Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Catering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in kitchen including 2 years experience as Demi chef De Partie
• Those who without relevant paper qualification but with minimum 5 years working experience in kitchen including 2 years experience as Chef De Partie will also be considered
• Possess knowledge in wastage and spoilage control, food quality, kitchen safety and hygiene
• Knowledge in South East Asian Cuisines, Indonesian and Continental Cuisine are essential for this position
• Computer literate and ability to do basic report writing
• Open for Indonesian nationals.
