To keep up with our organizational dynamics, we are looking for highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the following position:
- Finance Executive (code: FE)
- Finance Staff – Documentation (code: FSD)
- Finance Staff - Import/Banking (code: FSB)
Brief outline of duties:
1. Finance Executive (code: FE)Assist Finance and Accounting Strategic Head for
- Merger and Acquisition process
- Banking and Capital Marketing activities
- Finance and Accounting System and Procedure
2. Finance Staff – Documentation (code: FSD)
- Support Export Documentation
- Preparing Documents as per Buyers requirement
- Submission of Documents to Bank / Buyers
- Payment Follow up / Reconciliation with
- Data Entry in ERP.
3. Finance Staff - Import/Banking (code: FSB)
- Handle Import LC related activities
- Inputs Data in ERP for various activities
- Liaise Bank and various departments for Import related activities
- Handle various Banking activities (TT Transfer, Follow up, etc)
General Requirements:
- S1 - Finance / Accounting, from reputable university with GPA above 3 (out of 4 scales)
- Five years experiences in similar job/position (FE), three years for FSD and FSB
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- High interest and attention to details, like dealing with numbers
- Good communication skills
- Advanced skills in Words, Microsoft Excel and Power Points and adaptability to other software product
- Top tier teamwork skills
- Female preferable (FSD and FSB)
- Male preferable (FE)
Job Location : Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
