Local (Jakarta) IT Leader / Department Head IT
with following requirements:
1. Technical expertise
- Displays necessary skills and knowledge, esp. in high value applications,
network solutions,
- Is interested in the global IT market and shows interest in new technologies
on his own
- Delivers high-quality, accurate and timely results
- Incorporates knowledge of policies and practices into work.
2. Planning and organization
- Structures priorities to creates effective work plans
- Focuses on deadlines, keeps them strictly
- Knows very exactly, what the daily issues are
3. Problem solving
- Has the overviews and understanding of complex IT issues, knows how to
address issues to the IT members
4. Communication skills
- Trustful listener, leads discussions to a result, open for critical objections
- Demonstrates a concise and effective style in both oral and written
communication
- Demonstrates both active listening and questioning
- Adapts style to the audience
- Uses appropriate vehicles for communication.

9. at least 2 years experience in a large group user support or helpdesk support
