Finance & Accounting Manager (F&AM)
(Jakarta based)

Establish and maintain strategic finance & accounting management, to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provide effective financial services in accordance with company's business plan.

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female max. 40 years old
• Hold a min Bachelor degree in Accounting, and/or master degree in Finance would be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years working experience in similar position (IT company would be preferred)
• Posses significant management experience of finance functions and broad knowledge of accounting and taxation
• Excellent financial and analytical skills
• Understanding of management control system and good track record in system and procedure implementation
• Have a good knowledge in micro and macro financial analysis, and budgetary reports (internal and external)
• Familiar with project costing and controller
• Able to deliver timely and quality result under limited supervision

General requirements:

• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Strong managerial skill and leadership
• Willing to work under tight target and schedule
• Good communication skill and strong personality
• Computer literate, and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel)
