HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Responsibilities : The HR Manager originates and leads Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce, assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues
Requirements :
-Bachelor Degree, with max age of 38
-Proven ability in management and leadership, with experiences in handling teams with various background
-Having knowledge of the principles, policies, procedures, and regulations of personnel management, employee relations, and human resource development
-Having experience in recruitment, training, and compensation benefit area
-Min 2 years experience as HR Manager or 4
-Deep knowledge of competency model, development, curriculum, and learning model
