- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering
- Has min 4 years work experiences in designing (HVAC, piping, and plumbing)
- Fluent in English

- Preferable have experience involved in projects 
- Familiar with international standard and codes
- An independent worker and a fast learner

Civil/Mechanical Drafter
- Graduated from high school
- Has min 4 years experience in drafting
- Able to communicate English  
- Computer literate
- A good team worker and a fast learner
- Willing to be relocated in various projects location
 
Site Manager 
- Graduated from Civil Engineering (preferably from reputable university)
 - Fluent in English 
- Computer Literate
- An independent worker
- Has a good leadership skill
 - Has min 5 years work experience in pouring/concrete/pilling 
 - A good team worker and a fast learner
- Willing to be relocated in various projects location
