We are a Non-Government Organization part of global network, which is one of the largest conservation organizations.
Currently we are looking for the following position for Jakarta office:
- General Support Manager, code: GSM

With requirement:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Economic, Law, or Business Administration

- 5 years of experiences in general affairs duties, with a minimum 3 years in managerial level
- Completed trainings in related fields (certified), including:
    ~ Inventory Management
    ~ Purchasing Management
    ~ Industrial Relationship
    ~ Office Management

- Good knowledge in computer and command English

Responsibilities such as:
1. Ensure all office administration managements are in line with our organization strategies.
2. Ensure that all work plan and budget related office administrations are properly managed.
3. Ensure that all office administration managements are in line with the approved workplan.
4. Ensure that all resources related with WWF Indonesia's office management administration (human resources, tools, information/data) are optimally managed.
5. Ensure that policies and information regarding office administration are easily understood by the target.
6. Ensure that all subordinate competency developments are in line with office administration management.
