| 1. | One (1) | Expatriate Well Completion Engineer with 15 years experience | |
| 2. | One (1) | Expatriate Chief Drilling Engineer with min. 15 years experience | |
| 3. | Three (3) | National/Expatriate Work over Supervisors with min. 10 years experience in deep water | |
| 4. | Two (2) | National Drilling Engineer with 3 years experience | |
| 5. | One (1) | National Sr. Geologist with min. 6 years experience | |
| 6. | One (1) | National Sr. Geophysicist with min. 6 years experience (urgently required) | |
| 7. | One (1) | National Sr. Reservoir Engineer with min. 6 years experience | |
| 8. | One (1) | National Electrical Submersible Pump with min. 5 years experience | |
| 9. | One (1) | Head of Relation with 10 – 15 years experience in handling media and Government Relation |
