HR Compensation and Benefit Supervisor

Requirements:

Female max. 33 years old
Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/ Psychology from reputable university
Significant experience in compensation and benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary etc
Mature and have strong in leadership
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR
HR administration, PAYROLL calculation, understanding Labor regulation UU 13/2003
Able to communicate with staff of all levels
Independent, can work under pressure and able to work well in a team
Excellent MS Office – Microsoft excel, HRIS
Can speak English
Willing to work in Cikarang

HSE OFFICER

Requirement:
Male, max age 30 years old
Minimum 1 year related safety
English Active
Has certificate ahli K3 or related to safety
Advance with MS-office (excel & power point)
Strong character and multitasking person
Able to work in team and also individual
Leadership and very good manner person
Able to work under pressure and extended hours
Having intention to develop and continuous improvement
Having K3
Have knowledge OHSAS
Living in CIKARANG and Bekasi area would be an advantage

INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Bachelor Degree any major
Experience in multi client warehouse > 2 years, any position* for Staff
Fresh Graduate, GPA : 3.0* for staff
Experience as INVENTORY in multi client warehouse distribution center) >2 years * for Analyst
Have good logical & analytical skill
Good in Microsoft office (Excel & Power Point)
Good communication skill & able to lead team
Willing to live in Kalideres & around
Have own transportations (preferable)
Willing to work overtime in weekend (only if required)
