Legal Secretary & Document Controller
Temporary for 4 month (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Legal Secretary

Handling all company legal documents

Handling all company authentic certificates

Handling working permit, letter, insurance and other related document for expatriates, such as : SKJ, SKLD, IMTA, KITAS, Multiple re-entry permit, etc.

Handling permit letter and all document related for impor department

Reviewing agreement draft with clients

Handling all insurance with broker ; IBS & Marsh

Act as mediator with SOS

Giving solutions for company related to legal matters

Correspondence with company's lawyer when handling cases

Giving opinion and advise related to legal matter such as : making draft agreement for other dept

Giving opinion and advise related to government policy

Typing and Filing document for Board of Director / Commissioner

Document Controller

Distribute controlled copy documents to all branches & sites

Creating log register for Internal Audit result

Correspondence with certification body and other related parties.

Requirements:

Able to speak English, actively and written
Good understanding of Government Regulations / Policy
Good understanding of ISO standard
Computer Literacy Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Self Motivated, Analytical Thinking, Initiative, Integrity, Team Work
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from Law
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
This position is only temporary for 4 month
