HR & GA MANAGER
In details, you will be in charge in:
- Responsible for the strategic plan of the HR & GA function. In charge of recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities; formulate policies and supervise policy and legal compliance.
- Develop and administer the overall HR & GA programs and policies to ensure the availability and effective use of competent human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives.
To be a successful in the position, you will be:
- Male, 35 – 45 years old
- Bachelor/Master degree (will be an advantage) in any majoring
- 5 years working experience as HR & GA Manager in large domestic/multinational company
- Good track record as a people development and industrial relations
- Good understanding in Manpower regulations/ Labor Law and its implementation;
- Confident personality, communicative, conceptual thinker and negotiator
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
