NETWORK OPERATION CENTER ENGINEER (NOC ENGINEER)
Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing all day to day activities which dealing with DWDM Telecommunication system and SDH Backbone PGASCOM and also give technical support and network consultation to Operational and Maintenance Division, Engineering and Project and PGASCOM Customers.
Job Descriptions:
- Do service performance monitoring to all network and facility management systems, applications, hardware.
- Give technical support and assistance due to management and Telco, IT and IS Infrastructure (LAN, WAN) troubleshooting to Operational and Maintenance Division in work field.
- Give technical support, set-up configuration, systems and service troubleshooting and maintenance for all PGASCOM Customers.
- Maintenance NMS Hardware (Server and PC Client) and all supporting communication sets for others NOC operational.
- Make documentation history due to monitoring system & performance, and troubleshooting.
- Involve in create, round off and implementation off all senses and NOC standard operational procedures.
- Interlace and maintain good relation and communication to all Division in PGASCOM, PGN and all Subsidiary Companies, customers and maintenance vendors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 Degree in Information Technology/Electro/ Telecommunication from reputable university with GPA min 2.75.
- Maximum age 30 years old, preferably Male.
- 0-3 years experience in Telecommunication Industry / IT
- Knowledgeable in :
a. Telecommunication Technology, LAN & WAN Standard & Networking;
b. Windows, Linux and Unix Networking;
c. CCNA, SDH, DWDM Certified as a plus;
d. Database and Programming as a plus;
e. Good analytical thinking & trouble-shooter;
f. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa;
- Able to work in a shift and willing to be placed in Batam.

FIBER OPTIC TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Work with NOC Engineer, doing Operational and Field Maintenance which deal with all telecommunication transmission sets DWDM & SDH, Router Data Communication Sets, Switch and all its supporting sets to all PGASCOM sites/ nodes, also give technical support and network consultation to NOC Engineer, Engineering and Project and PGASCOM Customers.
Job Descriptions:
- Do daily Operational and Maintenance to all telecommunication transmissions data system.
- Do daily Operational and Maintenance to power system, alarm system, lightning and fire protection in all sites/nodes.
- Set up new service configurations and DWDM & SDH interconnection system to all PGASCOM Customers in work field
- Give technical support configuration, and local troubleshooting for all PGASCOM Customers.
- Do hardware spare part management and physical connection to all sets.
- Make operation activity documentation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Involve in create, round off and implementation off all senses and standard operational procedures and safety to each regional.
- Interlace and maintain good relation and communication to all Division in PGASCOM, PGN and all Subsidiary Companies, customers and maintenance vendors.
Qualifications:

Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 Degree in all major, preferably IT/Electro from reputable university with GPA min 2.75
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Male or female with good looking appearance and pleasant personality.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication English and Bahasa.
- Good behavior and able to work in a team.
- Energetic person, dynamic, diligent, highly motivated with strong commitment, enthusiast and strong willing to learn.
LEGAL STAFF
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 Degree in Law from reputable University with GPA min 2.75
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Male or female with pleasant personality.
- Preferable have experience 2 years as Legal Staff.
- Fresh graduate with excellence results are welcome.
- Excellent skills in Computer & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English with minimum TOEFL Score 550.
- Excellent skills in legal documents, contract drafting and legal issues.
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
- Energetic person, dynamic, diligent, highly motivated with strong commitment, enthusiast and strong willing to learn.
FINANCE STAFFQualifications :
- Minimum S1 Degree in Accounting from reputable University with GPA min 2.75.
- Maximum age 30 years old.
- Male or female with pleasant personality.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting Division.
- Fresh graduate with excellence results are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Hold Tax Brevet AB.
- Knowledge in Zahir Accounting is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English
