Now we are looking for a dynamic, highly talented, motivated and self driven professional to fill the position :   COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE MANAGER / MANAGER   Responsibilities: The Community Development Associate Manager / Manager is accountable for assisting the CSR Head to create and develop company's policy in developing community based on corporate social responsibility, and also implement & execute the programs. He/She should ensure all community development plans and programs are implemented properly and on time and provide support to external clients.   Qualifications: Bachelor degree in social science preferably from social politic, psychology, law, communication or community development Minimum 5 years experience in community development matters, exposure in food related Non-Government-Organization will be an advantage. Good knowledge of community development policies, system and government regulation, and has creativity in creating program. High proficiency of computer (MS Office) and related equipment.
