[Job-Vacancy] Urgent Vacancy : SENIOR STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT ENGINEER in PT Petrosea Tbk

We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
SENIOR STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT ENGINEER
Education: Bachelor Degree (S1) in engineering discipline.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 8 years experience in procurement area.
-
Excellent in Database and procurement system.
-
Holding PSCM is an advantage.
-
Having analytical and strategic thinking skill.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
-
Excellent time management and target oriented.
-
Good behavior, open, honest, and proactive person.
-
Leading by example, organizing and good supervisory.
Responsibilities:
-
Define strategic procurement plan.
-
Review and analyze strategic procurement.
-
Managing vendors or suppliers.
-
Review and ensure current price are competitive within the market.
-
Control and analyze asset and inventory report.
-
Actively participate and attending product / material exhibition to understand the technical aspect, alternative product, and current market price.
-
Provide weekly procurement status report.
-
Actively participate in reviewing current procedure for continually improvement process.
-
Monitor Final Procurement Report for project closing.
-
Consistently with procurement business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit.
-
Prepare action plan to close any NCR release to procurement team.
-
Liaise with Project Finance Manager about outstanding payment status.
