We are an oil company located at South Jakarta. To
support our purpose company, we are looking for suitable
candidates to join our dynamic team.


I. HRD - Generalist

 

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, age between 23-28
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Psychology from a reputable university with minimum GPA: 3.00
  • Experience minimal 1 year, but fresh graduate are welcome to aplly
  • Good knowledge in human resources (recruitment process, etc.)
  • Able to perform under pressure and committed to meet datelines
  • Creative and dynamic personality; able to adapt rapid changes in the work environment
  • Good communication skill
  • Have good understanding of computer (MS word, excel, power point & visio)  and also internet
  • Organize & have fast pace working attitude
  • Must be willing to travel abroad
  • Fast Learner 
  • Wide Networking

II. Operational Staff

 

Requirements :

·         Male, age between 23-28

·         Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Economy (Accounting or Management) from a reputable university

·         Minimal GPA: 3.00

·         1 year experience

·         Fluent in English

·         Able to perform under pressure and committed to meet datelines

·         Honest

·         Creative and dynamic personality; able to adapt rapid changes in the work environment

·         Have good understanding of computer (MS word, excel, power point & visio)  and also internet

·         Organize & have fast pace working attitude

·         Must be willing to travel abroad

·         Fast Learner

·         Must be willing to work overtime

·         Good communication and negotiable skill

·         Able to work in team

·         Experience in oil and gas company would be an advantage.

 

III. IT - Staff

 

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in Information Technology from a reputable university with minimum GPA : 3.00
  • Experience minimal 1 year  with Windows OS and Server and Networking (TCP/IP).
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Exchange and VB Programming.
  • Able to perform under pressure and committed to meet datelines
  • Organize & have fast pace working attitude
