(World wide welding consumables company) the following position:
Assistant Production Manager
Duties & responsibilities:
- Reporting to production manager
- Supporting of production manager in all relevant shop floor functions, such as production, planning, quality control, plant maintenance and industrial relations
- Coordination of staffing, production planning and work orders as well as required documentation
- Monitoring of the production process and adjusting schedules
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Training of personnel
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial engineering or related field
- Min 5-8 years experience in a similar position, preferable in welding industries
- Well known of Manufacturing techniques
- Well known about welding technique and welding standards
- Strong leadership skill, strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities
