1. Community Relation Coordinator (Code : CR)
Major Roles :
The position will oversee the development of mechanisms that allow communities to voice their opinions and feedback so as to help ensure that the program is appropriate, well-targeted and meets with beneficiary satisfaction.
Qualifications :
2. Disaster Risk Reduction Coordinator (code : DRR)
Manage the Disaster Management cycle which includes mitigation, preparedness, emergency response and rehabilitation in alignment with the strategy.
Qualifications:
· S-1 degree
· Min. 2 years experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM)/disaster risk reduction interventions
· Specialist knowledge of capacity building of local government institutions
· Based in Padang
3. Payroll Officer (Code : PAY)
Major Roles :
To assist Personnel manager by coordinating all admin personnel matters that include payroll, tax reporting, and employment contract and extension database.
To maintain efficient office system & procedures with particular emphasis on filling and communication management.
Qualifications :
- S1 in Accounting
- Min. 2 years experience in payroll, tax (Pph 21), & Jamsostek
