Role & Responsibilities
1. To provide strong, visible, inspirational Salesmanship
2. To create, maintain and deliver a clear vision and marketing business strategy for the Organization, aligned with the global organization network goals and values
3. Be accountable for Sales performance, ensuring it consistently meets/exceeds organization goals and targets through coaching, skills transfer.
4. Be accountable for the execution of all compliance and processes, ensuring the highest levels of integrity in all aspects of the Organization's operations
5. Have a cohesive wining culture , characterized by high levels of passion and commitment from all team members, good morale and motivation and a drive to succeed
6. Be accountable and responsive to customer requirements, business drivers
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
1. Age between 25 to 35 years
2. Impeccable B2B sales credentials - highly customer focused
3. Strategically and tactically aware
4. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
5. Educated to Bachelor degree level or higher
Remuneration
Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
