TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 2 year's relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage
Hands on experience with features and parameters for Radio Network Frequency, IP Network, VAS, CDMA Wireless and MSS Elements

JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

(Makassar & Manado)

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year's relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage
Hands on experience with features and parameters for CDMA & GU Wireless and MSS Elements and Radio Frequency.

ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

(Jakarta)

Main Responsibilities:

· Identify market potential and qualifying accounts

· Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects

· Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention

· Analyze project proposals

· Establish distribution channels with key local clients

· Build up an effective sales team

· Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.

· Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development

Requirement:

· Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering

· At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company

· Strong telecommunication industry background

· Good communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills

· Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent

· Energetic & Team Player

· Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage

CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Handing the customer extends service, communication, excavating, analyze with customer's requirements.
Development and sale the extend service, join the extend service bid, customer communication, technical clarification, implement project, contract negotiation and so on.
As a service interface for customer, coordinate the development and resource configuration of extend service, responsible for customer satisfaction and apperceive degree.
Collection the extend service information, reply the information and supply the solution on time.
Negotiation the relationship between all the after-sales with customer, to guarantee customer satisfaction
Clarification the customer's requirement during the service contract implementation, making the month and quarter statistic report, getting the certificate of service, supply the support to get the payment of service contract.

Qualification:

· Skill and knowledge require: English, Telecommunication Product & Service

· Minimum education require is Bachelor Degree

· Has experience in maintenance and managed service division

· Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently.

· Energic, flexible, adaptable in multi-culture environment and independent.

· Good interpersonal & communication skill

SR LEGAL OFFICER

(Jakarta)

Requirements:

Male / Female, below 40 years old
Working experience at least 3 years in law firm, experience in Telco is an advantage.
Have bachelor degree from reputable university.
Able to work independently with minimun supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of personnel in various functions.
Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Possess positive working attitude and able to handle pressure independently.
Energic, flexible, adaptable in multi-culture environment and independent.

SSC HR ASSISTANT

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

Supporting all department for recruitment staff
Track enrollment procedures
Maintain updated employee records and submit appropriate reports
Ensure proper employment filing
Handle Personnel HR Administration, Training Administration
Support managers in staffing and employment related issues

Requirements:

· Female, below 30 years

· Bachelor Degree in Physiology/ Law or any major related

· Minimum 1 years experience

· Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin.

· Proficient in MS Office

· Strong service orientation and job commitment; high work efficiency.

· Responsible, hardworking and sustainable to work under pressure

OUTSOURCING SPECIALIST

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

§ Organize the implementation and management of the international engineering projects with subcontractor's work.

§ Prepare enough Subcontractor team to support project.

§ Collect PR and Issue PO to subcontractor

§ Weekly meeting with subcontractor.

§ Check the settlement document from Subcontract.

§ Prepare enough budget for outsourcing payment.

§ Control the outsourcing cost for Project Management.

§ Subcontractor Management to make the project smooth.

§ Support Outsourcing Purchase and Outsourcing authentication。

§ Be responsible for PR/PO/settlement /payment approved in FOL/outsourcing account system

§ Supervise subcontract issued the PO

Requirements:

· Degree in Commercial Management / Trade/ Logistics or equivalent

· Over 3 years' work experience; experienced in familiar with the flow of subcontractors management, wide knowledge of subcontract service and market and legal affair

· Strong communication and organizational abilities

· Proficient in English

PROJECT DIRECTOR

(Jakarta)

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
More than 10 years' experience in telecom industry as Project Manager
Has PM experience in managing whole CTO will be strongly preferred
Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
Excellent customer relationship management
Well versed in project management tools application
Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Qualifications:

Master Degree major in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunication from reputable university with minimum GPA : 2,75
Fresh Graduates or have less than 1 year working experience are encourage to apply
Proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin language will be an advantage
Male or Female with age below 30 years old
Ready to be trained overseas
Willing to learn and to be trained in telecommunication industry
Be able to communicate and cooperate well with others, continuous improvement orientation, a strong sense of responsibilities

Training opportunity in ZTE, China Mainland for 3-6 months.
