Requirement:
* Male max 45 years old
* Min Bachelor Degree any major (Psychology or Law major is preferable)
* Experienced handling Human resource, Law, General Affair, labor
union, training development, Industrial relation, coaching and counseling,
Labor strike, Employment agreement, discussion, etc
* Fluent in English, can speak Japanese is an advantage
* Experienced handling min 1500- 5000 employees
* Need a personality : Smart, Energetic, dynamic, Strong analytical,
Strong leadership skill, Open minded
* Good leadership skills, and good managerial skill to lead the team,
team player, flexible attitude
* Salary up to 15 mio
* Willing to working in Bekasi area
