Industrial Relation Supervisor
Requirement:
Ø Holder of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law Major
Ø Dealing with labor union, Depnaker, Dep.Perindustrian
Ø Socializing company memorandum, announcement to employees.
Ø Handle termination issues effectively.
Ø Experienced creating policies, procedures, etc.
Ø Strong knowledge of labor laws.
Ø Travel to stores on a monthly basis - checking out potential issues amongst employees.
