Local F&B Business for the following position:
1. Project Supervisor (1 orang) yang bertugas sebagai Engineer pengawas pelaksanaan pembangunan (construction) proyek2 di lapangan. Background pendidikan harus dari Civil Engineering atau Architecture. Pengalaman di pekerjaan sejenis paling tidak 3 tahunan. Salary : 4 mio
2. Building Supervisor (2 orang) dengan tugas utama adalah sebagai pengelola gedung2 dalam hal: pemeliharaan fisik bangunan, perawatan listrik, AC, Genset, housekeeping, parking, security dan juga sedikit tenant relation skill. Background pendidikan kalau bisa juga dari M/E Engineering, Civil atau Architecture. Pengalaman mengelola gedung perkantoran, apartment atau mall/pertokoan. Salary : 4 mio
3. Operational Specialist (1 orang). Fungsinya adalah membantu GM Operation dalam mengelola kelancaran jalannya operational outlet2/resto; dalam hal: melakukan efisiensi sitting capacity, lay-out kitchen, bongkar muat bahan baku di outlet, membantu kegiatan bazzar dll. Background sebaiknya dari Tehnik Industri, laki2. Pengalaman tidak mutlak; kalau berpengalaman lebih baik. Salary : 3 mio
4. HR System Development Specialist (1 orang). Tugasnya : menyusun Macro Business Process untuk Human Resource dan SOP. Pendidikan dari Tehnik Industri, pria –wanita. Jika sudah pengalaman lebih baik khususnya yg pernah bikin HR system. Salary 4 mio
