ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

(Jakarta)

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Identify market potential and qualifying accounts

·         Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects

·         Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention

·         Analyze project proposals

·         Establish distribution channels with key local clients

·         Build up an effective sales team

·         Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.

·         Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development

Requirement:

·         Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering

·         At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company

·         Strong telecommunication industry background

·         Good communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills

·         Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent

·         Energetic & Team Player

·         Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage

 

 

SSC HR ASSISTANT

(Jakarta)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting all department for recruitment staff
  • Track enrollment procedures
  • Maintain updated employee records and submit appropriate reports
  • Ensure proper employment filing
  • Handle Personnel HR Administration, Training Administration
  • Support managers in staffing and employment related issues

Requirements:

·         Female, below 30 years

·         Bachelor Degree in Physiology/ Law or any major related

·         Minimum 1 years experience

·         Proficient in oral and written English and Mandarin.

·         Proficient in MS Office

·         Strong service orientation and job commitment; high work efficiency.

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
  • More than 10 years' experience in telecom industry as Project Manager
  • Has PM experience in managing whole CTO will be strongly preferred
  • Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Well versed in project management tools application
  • Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English

TAX MANAGER

(Jakarta)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance
  • Tax Planning
  • Tax Controllers

 

Qualifications:

  • A good command of both English and Local Language in writing, reading, and speaking;
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant direct and indirect tax experience in public accounting and / or private industry
  • 3 – 5 years of management experience;
  • At least Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax;
  • Certified member of recognized accounting bodies;
  • Extensive experience in the direct and indirect tax rules in local / region area;
  • Good knowledge in tax law in key countries
  • Superior management and technical skills;
  • Initiative and ability to work independently;
  • Ability to manage external and internal relationships;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

 

PRESALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

(JAKARTA)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Explain detailed technical aspects/ solutions to customers and partners
  • Be responsible for generating proposals and quotations; presenting and articulating proposal to customer
  • Develop and maintain close marketing and sales relationship
  • Work closely with account managers and be the primary liaison person for providing related information, and addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
  • Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
  • More than 3 years' experience in telecom industry as pre-sales technical support engineer
  • Knowledge of Switch, Access, GSM, CDMA, Transmission equipment and Wireless Network
  • Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and good communication skills
  • Proficient in English

 

IT STAFF

(JAKARTA)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of MIS functions of the organization
  • Plan, develop and strategize directions for all IT related activities to ensure that the entire organizational infrastructure is strongly supported by respective technologies
  • Review of corporate IT policies and standards within the organization and to ensure corporate compliance
  • Responsible for the set-up, delivery and rollout of the ERP system
  • Provide excellent IT technical support and guidance to team members
  • Provide the latest updates on technology trends that are applicable to the growth of the organization
  • Develop and implement strategic IT plans in consolidate and utilize company resources
  • Be responsible for the company system and network maintenance
  • Provide communication and data base administration support
  • Provide end-user support on various desktop systems and devices
  • Ensure information security over inter net and intranet.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / MIS or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Familiar with Oracle, SQL Server database design, Web design
  • Experience in managing IT operations in multiple locations, including intranet setup and network management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-motivated, results driven and detail minded

 

 

NETWORK PLANNING SPECIALIST

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for Network planning in bidding process

·          Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.

·          Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.

 

Requirement:

·          Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent

·          More than 5 year's relevant experience in Inetwork planning optimization

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills

·          Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage

·          Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF planning.

 

 

 

 

 

JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
  • Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation
  • Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • More than 2 year's relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Have knowledge in CDMA Wireless in telecommunication projects.
