JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client, a growing Automotive parts/components manufacturing Joint-Venture company, is currently seeking for a suitable candidate to fill in the following position:
DIRECTOR
Based in Bekasi
Directing the Managers/Heads of Marketing, Purchasing, and Human Resources in order to accomplish the company's objectives and targets.
Minimum Requirements:
A degree and above academic qualification
Solid working experience within an AUTOMOTIVE environment/industry
Excellent communication skills in English – oral and written.
Execution Excellence
Strong people skills, assertive, persuasive (able to manage Joint Venture) and well-organized
