B.Sc, BA

Hospitality/ Spa/Secretaries / Office Administration  / Customer Service

Required Experience

2 to 3 years

Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
• Understanding of basic cash procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism
• Excellent training skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills

Job Description

Essential duties & responsibilities will include:

• Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiry, Guest Registration, Cash Handling, Replacement of Member ID Card, Delinquent Account Procedures, Account Change requests, travel/guest passes
• Directs and controls all studio walk-in
• Communicates with GM regarding ways to improve front desk operations
• Responsible for communicating and following cash management procedures
• Manages the retail sales procedures for the studio and deliver monthly report on time
• Coordinate with Fitness Manager to Promote and sell new services revenue by offering additional services to new and existing members and meet sales target.
• Maintains accurate records of all members and Walk-in
• Oversees daily operations for assessments and improvement.
• Conducts Monthly and weekly staff meeting.

 • Handles members complaints and suggestions as they pertain to personal training
• Follows up with potential prospects
• Maintains current knowledge of Company pricing and promotion, corporate offers, etc. to staff.

• Fully in charge to close the month and deliver monthly report on time.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills for Personal Training staff and meet sales target
