Our Client, A Mining Company is URGENTLY need an
Secretary, Jakarta based (Code: SEJ)
Requirement:
· Minimum Secretary Academy (D3) graduate (or equivalent) plus minimal 3-5 years of experience in secretarial work.
· Age: 25 - 30 years
· Good written and oral communication in English and Indonesian.
· Computer literate, competent in the use MS Office 200 or 2010 and Windows XP or 7.
· Possess Business writing skills and Public Relations knowledge.
· Responsiveness, ability to perceive situation, selectivity in receiving guests, flexibility, and sense of humor.
· Work accuracy.
· Problem solving skills and ability to determine priorities.
· Alertness, initiative, creativity, determination, patience, and keep pace with the progress of the Secretary's work.
· Knowledge of use of fire extinguishers and First Aid.
