[Job-Vacancy] ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

 

We are an established chemical company located in Jakarta with branches around Indonesia and overseas, ready to serve the global market.  We are looking for determined individuals to join our Accounting Team.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Min. 1 year of working experience at supervisory level in Accountancy.
- Self-started with a strong desire to promote and implement continuous improvement endeavors.
- Computer literate.

Responsibilities:
- Work through the operation of all accounting systems and records.
- Prepare and oversees the preparation, submission and validity of reports as required by top management.
- Able to review, make development, and implementation of accounting systems, reporting methods and controls, policies and procedures.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the accounting department.  This include assigning, reviewing and evaluating work.
- Lead and nurture a positive work culture among staff, drive team to accomplish desired goals and objectives.
- Train personnel in accounting procedures, theories and reporting requirements.
