Sales Manager
· Male, Female min 30 years old
· Min. Bachelor Degree from all majors
· At least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing, cosmetic or consumer good industry with minimum 2 years in managerial level
· Proficient in English
· Identify and develop all channels in the responsible area
· Formulate Channel strategy and action plan
· Negotiate trading term and develop promotion within modern trade
· To proactively develop other potential channels
· Set trade price structure and ensure its stability across all channels and strong in business plan, distribution plan, product launching.
· Experienced in managing a team of sales personnel or managing representative office
· Package : 20 million + COP and another benefit
