Transportation & Distribution Section Head

Male, Max.35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have a good knowledge of transporation & distribution management

Recruitment & Selection Section Head

Age max. 38 years old
Candidate must possess at least a psychology profession / magister psychology
Mastering of Tool Psychological tests and Assessment Centre
Have experience min. 4 years as a Supervision / Section Head of Recruitment & Selection
Able to work in accordance with the targets and under pressure
Assessment Center Section Head

Max. 32 years old
Candidate must possess at least psychologist profession / Magister Psychology
Have experience min. 2 years as Assessment Coordinator/SPV or equivalent position
Mastering of Assessment Methodology
Able to create of job simulation for assessment
Have experience to create competency dictionary with level
Mastering of talent management

Payroll & Adm. Section Head

Age max. 35 years old

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

Have a good knowledge of Payroll & Adm. Management

Have experience min. 3 years as a Supervision / Section Head

Able to work in accordance with the targets and under pressure

Talent Management Officer

Max. 32 years old
Advance business degree with concentration in Human Resources or organizational Development is preferred with minimum 3 years of experience.
Having knowledge on integrated Talent Management processes and experience
designing sound Talent Management strategies and business processes.
Cross-disciplinary Talent Management domain expertise - experience in 3 or more of the following areas : Recruiting, Competencies, Talent Assessments, Succession Management,
Performance Management, Developing Planning, Compensation, and Learning Management.
Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take initiative to drive projects.
Strong writing skills including the ability ti synthesuzw information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
Effective verbal communication including the ability to relate well with others and ability to addapt style as needed.
