[Job-Vacancy] Loker SECRETARY - PERMANENT!!!!! URGENT!!

 


Jr. Secretary
 
This position provides comprehensive secretarial support to the Commercial Director and Marketing/Sales department which includes: reporting/administration of marketing workings and general office tasks. 
 
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
 
-          Perform all secretarial functions such as: typing letters/promotion confirmation, distribute outgoing/incoming letter/correspondence for marketing/sales, filling, reception for incoming phone and messages, etc.
-          Administer all forms to be used internally such as: travel authorization form, pos materials form, leave, MCF form, etc.
-          Administer sales/marketing report and data from field reps such as: depletion, outlet update, GMA report, monthly market reporting, promotion update, outlet files management, etc.
-          Handle and administer for all travel arrangements such as booking ticket, accommodation, etc. and to ensure approval by respected supervisor on travel authorization from.
-          In charge in administering and controlling of office storage for POS materials including stock-check, stock opname, etc.
-          Assist in development and preparation of presentation material, graphics, etc.
-          Plan and organize meeting/conference including coordination and follow up.
-          Other tasks to be assigned by Commercial Director.
 
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
 
-        Possess a Diploma in Secretarial or General Studies or its equivalent
-        Having 2-3 years of experiences
-        Well organized; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
-        Ability to work independently; self-starter
-        Highly motivated, firm, proactive
-        Loyal
-        Excellent comprehension and analytical skills
-        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
-        Computer literate and ability to learn new program if necessary
-        Competency in spoken and written English (its a must)
 
Functional Capabilities Requirements:
 
-        Communication skills
