Curently one of our client, a company engaged in company engaged in fattening cattle require an employee to fill the following position:
Human Resource Manager
(LAMPUNG)
Responsibilities:
• Planning and develop human resources policy and management system.
• Implement human resources policy and system has been developed.
• Coordinate and control the implementation of human resource management functions.
• Evaluate the implementation of human resource management functions.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, specially in the agro business company.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
