Curently one of our client, a company engaged in company engaged in fattening cattle require an employee to fill the following position:
Human Resource Manager
(LAMPUNG)
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and develop human resources policy and management system.
2. Implement human resources policy and system has been developed.
3. Coordinate and control the implementation of human resource management functions.
4. Evaluate the implementation of human resource management functions.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
